Crittenton Services, a trauma-focused mental health agency dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals and families, is currently accepting resumes for residential worker candidates for our Wheeling, WV residential facility. We are currently filling full time openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a current, valid driver's license required. A related Bachelors degree (Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, etc.) and experience in mental health or residential treatment is helpful. Afternoon, evening, and midnight shifts available. Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services currently has an opening for a Therapist who will work out of our Wheeling, WV office. This position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.
Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar areas and appropriate WV licensure (or licensure eligibility) required. Local travel and other related duties as necessary. Site Directors, New Martinsville and Parkersburg/Harrisville
Wellspring Family Services, a division of Crittenton Services, has 2 openings for Site Directors who will oversee our New Martinsville and Parkersburg/Harrisville locations. Reporting to the Director of Family Services, these positions will supervise and manage the office and its staff while providing clinical supervision and administrative oversight.
A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate licensure required. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience with at-risk families and trauma-informed treatment. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable!
TIES Program Licensed Therapist - Parkersburg
We have an immediate opening for a WV-licensed Masters level Therapist who will work within the Parkersburg school system as a resource liaison for our TIES Program (Trauma-Informed Elementary Schools). TIES is designed to provide early intervention and resiliency-building for at-risk children, with integrated school and home trauma-sensitive environments, in the earliest school years.
