Activities Director

Crittenton Services is currently looking for a Director of Activities for our residential home in Wheeling, WV. This position will develop and oversee client activities in our residential facility and in the community, particularly in the areas of health and physical education, and will supervise Activity Coordinators and maintain appropriate records, funds, and schedules.

Bachelor's degree is required (Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Counseling, Education, or related). Some related experience in coaching, phys ed, athletics, etc. is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, motivating, athletic individual with great organizational skills. The hours are 2nd shift, generally 2pm-10pm (full time) with rotating weekends off.

 

Residential Staff

Crittenton Services, a trauma-focused mental health agency dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals and families, is currently accepting resumes for residential worker candidates for our Wheeling, WV residential facility. We are currently filling full time openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a current, valid driver's license required. A related Bachelors degree (Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, etc.) and experience in mental health or residential treatment is helpful. Afternoon, evening, and midnight shifts available. Site Director, New Martinsville

Wellspring Family Services, a division of Crittenton Services, has an opening for a Site Director who will oversee our New Martinsville office. Reporting to the Director of Family Services, this position will supervise and manage the office and its staff while providing clinical supervision and administrative oversight.

A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate licensure required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with at-risk families and trauma-informed treatment. TIES Program Director

Crittenton Services, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Program Director for our TIES Program! Our “Trauma-Informed Elementary School” program is designed to provide early intervention and resiliency-building for at-risk children in the earliest school years. The TIES Program Director will act as the resource liaison for the schools and will direct the licensed, trauma-focused therapeutic team while also working with elementary schools state-wide to continue the expansion of the program.

Eligible candidates will have a Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work and current mental health licensure for the state of West Virginia. A minimum of 3 years related experience with at-risk families and trauma-related therapy highly desired; school therapy experience is a plus.
