Crittenton is looking for a regulatory specialist/trainer.
The Regulatory Specialist/Trainer is a professional mentor whose primary responsibility is coordinating residential staff orientation, mentoring new staff during their introductory period, reviewing documentation of new staff, assisting current staff in areas where they are deficient, directing staff and the program in regards to licensing guidelines and promoting a positive and welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of experience as a DSW I or II also preferred
- Possess valid driver’s license, WV class D, or its equivalent and maintain an excellent driving record. If driving personal vehicle for work, notify your insurance carrier and maintain minimum liability auto insurance as required by WV state law.
- Understanding and accepting of women of various cultural groups, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
- Aware of attitudes about race, sex, disability, and other protected characteristics.
